2Account Registration & Use

Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each person may hold only one Betbeto account. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule will result in all associated accounts being closed and any earned bonuses being forfeited.

Account Security Responsibilities

3Age Verification & Eligibility

Betbeto reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests until age verification is complete. If verification reveals that a member is underage, the account will be closed and all transactions will be voided.

4Betting Policy & Betting Rules

Bet Settlement

Bet settlement is based on the official result of the relevant event. Bets are typically settled within 30 minutes of the result being announced. Complex cases may take a little longer.

Cancelled & Abandoned Events

• If an event is cancelled before it begins, all bets will be voided and stakes will be returned in full.
• In cricket, if a match is decided under DLS rules following an abandonment, that result will be considered final.
• If a match is abandoned before the minimum required overs are completed, pre-match bets will generally be voided.
• For in-play bets, settlement may be based on the result of the completed portion at the time the bet was placed — specific market terms apply.

Betting Limits

Each market has set minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits may vary depending on the market, the season, and the member's VIP level. Betbeto reserves the right to adjust betting limits for any member.

Incorrect Odds & Technical Errors

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Betbeto reserves the right to void the affected bet. In such cases, the full stake will be refunded. Knowingly placing bets on odds that are clearly erroneous will be treated as fraudulent activity.

5Bonus & Promotions Terms

Betbeto's bonus offers are designed to add extra value for members. However, each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to 150% bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, the wagering requirement must be met — typically 10 to 20 times the bonus amount, depending on the specific offer's terms.

General Bonus Rules

• Every bonus offer has a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Wagering must be completed before withdrawing from your bonus balance.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once.

• Winnings from free bets can be withdrawn directly — the free bet stake itself cannot.

6Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Policy

• No processing fee on deposits.
• Successful deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used — deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Mobile banking withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take 12–24 hours to process.
• No fees are charged on withdrawals.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is completed.

Suspicious Transactions

Betbeto strictly adheres to its anti-money laundering policy. If a suspicious transaction is detected, the account will be temporarily frozen for verification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until this process is completed.

7Security & KYC Verification

• Unusual activity is detected on the account.

8Responsible Gaming Policy
